CRY IT OUT

We all have times when we're feeling low. We all have times when we feel the pain in our chest and when our world seems to be falling apart.
We all have our own ways of dealing with such times; some people choose to remain quite when they're drowning while others simply allow their eyes to pour the rain.
Crying is perceived to be a sign of weakness by some people but actually it's a sign of strength. Not everyone is strong enough to know and understand their feelings and choose to let it out.
Crying isn't the solution to any problem but it can sometimes relieve the pain and get the weight off your chest.
I'm not here to tell you to cry but all I really wanna say is, if you feel like crying then just cry it out! Don't worry about what others would think of you. Just be yourself and LET IT OUT!
